Naturopathic medicine is a patient-centered approach to healthcare that combines modern medical knowledge with evidence-informed natural therapies. Treatment may include nutritional counselling, lifestyle recommendations, herbal medicine, supplements, acupuncture, or laboratory testing when appropriate. The goal is to support your body's natural ability to function at its best while helping you achieve long-term health and wellness.
